Our ECS Tuning Silicone Coolant Return Hose replaces the soft rubber hose found between the expansion tank and turbocharger with a 3-ply fiberglass reinforced, fluorosilicone lined hose for the VW/Audi MQB 1.8T/2.0T Gen3/Evo4 engines. This silicone hose can handle higher temperatures and greater pressure than the stock, squishy rubber hose. Designed to resist oil, fuel and electrochemical degradation and tested up to continuous 250° Fahrenheit operating temperature and over 45psi, you can expect to achieve greater reliability and improve the underhood appearance with our Silicone Coolant Hose Upgrade.

Our ECS Silicone Coolant Return Hose was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
