The factory?radiator in the VW MK4 Golf/Jetta was engineered to only support stock power outputs and last within a set service life. All too often the MK4 radiators leak out of the end tanks due to corrosion or failed epoxy?and suffer from heat soak?when more additional power is added. The ECS Tuning in-house engineered Performance Aluminum Radiator solves both issues by utilizing a larger volume, dual row, dual-pass aluminum heat exchanger, hand TIG-welded to?5052 aluminum end tanks and polished to perfection. Featuring a 35% increase in overall volume compared to stock,?this is a direct?replacement radiator?that?will outperform and outlast the OE unit!

Due to vibrations, we recommend a few drops of medium-strength thread locking compound to be applied to the radiator fan shroud mounting screws. For your convenience, we've included a small tube for this purpose.?
