Introducing our in-house designed and engineered Supertone Horn Kit, made specifically for?2015+ Volkswagen GTI and Alltrack.?These massive dual tone Hella Supertone horns will allow everyone on a city block know that you are upset at that less-than-stellar driver in front of you?while adding attractive?styling?to your VW!?

PART DESIGN
Our design starts with ultra-high quality, world-renowned Hella Supertone horns! Our in-house?engineered, Wrinkle Black Powdercoated,?CNC-Bent, 16GA Mild Steel Mounting Bracket positions the pair of horns directly behind the upper radiator grille for maximum sound and visual recognition.?
Our in-house designed wiring harness, custom made to fit MK7 GTI/Alltrack, allows the Supertone horns to operate at maximum volume, while providing for an easy installation solution.?
Although these horns can be ran with factory horn wiring and custom pigtails to adapt,?you would not be able to?reap all of the benefits until you power them with an upgraded, high amperage harness & relay. Our kit utilizes the factory horn harness only to signal the high amperage relay and heavy duty power and ground wires with? multi-strand, 14 gauge, automotive grade wire to provide?the Supertones the power they deserve and the results are apparent!
Our harness features weather-resistant flag terminals, specifically made to fit?Supertone horns, pre-crimped ring terminals to pick up battery power and ground , weather-resistant, high amperage capacity relay socket, an in-line fuse holder with a 15AMP fuse and a pre-crimped weather-resistant female wiring connector to pair with the new, male horn connector.
The male horn connector also features weather resistant seals and requires removal of the OEM LH horn connector to crimp on the new terminals. The RH horn connector is intended to be unplugged, yet?only needs to be sealed from the elements with our included heat shrink end-cap.?

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our ECS Supertone Horn Kit was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We ensured the highest level of precision and quality is delivered throughout rigorous long term product testing and leading edge product development methods.
We tested multiple different horn bracket designs and established?the best-fitting design solution in this extremely confined area available. Although tight, the fitment is spot on for all MK7 Golf platform vehicles with Honeycomb grilles. Unfortunately the "Slat/Bar" style grilles do not allow for proper fitment due to their increased depth. Honeycomb grilles are available for separate purchase. If you choose to convert your grille first this kit will then be compatible with Golf/Golf R models.?

*PLEASE NOTE* The LH horn connector needs removed and our new connector pinned to the chassis-side harness for proper installation. We also recommend disconnecting the RH horn and sealing the connector with the included heat shrink cap.?

MK7 Golf/Golf R customers with "slat/bar" grilles must convert to a Honeycomb grille for proper clearance. MK7.5 Golf/Golf R customers with "slat/bar" grilles?must convert to a Honeycomb grille for proper clearance as well, however, these only fit WITHOUT Adaptive Cruise Control/Forward Collision Systems.
