The factory?radiator found in the VW/Audi 2.0T TSI application was engineered to only support stock power outputs and last within a set service life. All too often when more power is demanded the cooling system becomes stressed and can shed only so much heat, in so much time. The ECS Tuning inhouse engineered Performance Aluminum Radiator?utilizes a larger volume, dual row, dualpass aluminum heat exchanger that is?hand TIGwelded to?5052 aluminum end tanks and polished to perfection. Featuring a 20% increase in overall volume compared to stock,?this is a direct?replacement radiator?that?will outperform and outlast the OE unit!

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
Looking for installation tips? Look no further, we put together a full installation tutorial from start to finish, including how to remove your bumper and other parts, in detail! See our Installation PDF under the INSTALLATION Tab for more information.?
Due to vibrations, we recommend a few drops of mediumstrength thread locking compound to be applied to the radiator fan shroud mounting screws. For your convenience, we've included a small tube for this purpose.?
