ECS Tuning's Stage I Ignition Solution utilizes the more durable Hitachi brand ignition coils instead of the troublesome and hard to get Bremi brand ignition coils (OE part # 06B 905 115L/R).
Years of real-world testing has shown the Hitachi coils to be much more durable than the Bremi coils, along with the ease of being able to be secured to the valve cover with two allen head bolts.
