BrakeBest calipers are remanufactured with attention to detail to ensure that every unit is brought back to OE-like performance. All work in our R&D lab is based on the OEM specifications to ensure your caliper will perform like the original. During the remanufacturing process, every caliper is completely disassembled and carefully inspected for damage. Each unit is mechanically and chemically cleaned with environmentally safe processes. All rubber components, bleeder valves and copper washers are replaced with new to ensure long life. Special attention is paid to sliding surfaces and guide pins to make sure they are properly lubricated. Guide pins and bolts go through an inspection process and if re-used, get coated for like-new operation. Mounting brackets are included where applicable and properly lubricated. To top it all off, new copper washers and banjo bolts are provided, along with new pad hardware. Brake Best calipers include all the parts you need to do the job right!
